Does The Full Moon Cause Computer Malfunctions?

I read it in another place that a girl broke up with her boyfriend because he would not accept that the full moon was the cause of her laptop malfunctioning. 

Trixie, mother's labrador (see enclosed) who howls in the garden, is responsible for many of the full moons. She 'brings them on' so mother says.

Exactly where does Trixie stand in this matter, legally, Marje? I doubt whether there's any intent on Trixie's part, but who amongst us can tell surely?
